In order to continually deliver this level of excellence, it is essential that we adhere to a
reliable “Quality System” and that every member of our staff is fully committed to following it.
In this people orientated industry, it’s important that we make regular site visits to your
premises to assess the quality of the service being provided and to check that the various
points of our “Quality System” are being met. These inspections are carried out regularly
but with no prior warning to the cleaning team, for an unbiased view on how they are
performing. We will then complete a Quality Inspection Record and should this report
identify any unsatisfactory standards of work, the corrective action will be carried out to
rectify the issue immediately.
We will discuss the findings of these reports during regular client meetings. Your
personal contract manager will visit you to report on the current cleaning standards
and to advise on any additional cleaning matters necessary. These meetings are
documented with minutes raised for future records.

Training for part-time staff is carried out by our contract cleaning managers at your premises, in line with the guidelines of The British Institute of Cleaning Science. The training is fully documented on a Training Record Form and will be appraised every 12 months or as and when new training is required.
At Ellack Cleaning, nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our staff. All staff are given training regarding health and safety matters in their induction training programme. Refresher courses are then provided during the annual training review, along with regular spot checks.
